Champagne Chocolates products are shipped via UPS. Products that are in stock will ship within 1-2 business days. We want our chocolate to reach you in the same condition as it was shipped, which is why we generally do not send any shipments out past Wednesday at 12pm EST. We do not want the quality of your chocolate to be compromised due to extended periods in a warehouse or truck, so any orders made past Wednesday at 12pm will be sent out the following Monday. We will only send out packages past Thursday if it is for overnight delivery.
Due to higher temperatures in the warmer months of May through October, any orders shipped to destinations over 65 degrees will require extra cooling materials. Champagne Chocolates will add ice packs to your package for an additional calculated cost to ensure that your chocolate is fresh when it arrives to you. During peak holiday seasons, shipping may be delayed based on the volume of orders received. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your chocolate to you as quickly and as fresh as possible.

We strive to provide a quality product to your satisfaction upon delivery. If you receive damaged or melted chocolate using next day air, please contact us within 3 business days from delivery to request a full replacement or refund.
Please note that our products do not contain preservatives and are best consumed up to 2 weeks after the delivery date. All products are hand-decorated and may vary from photographs shown.
