This FAQ pertains primarily to wedding and corporate bulk orders - not internet sales

  1. How long has Champagne chocolates been in business?
  2. Nineteen years.
  1. What area does Champagne Chocolates serve?
  2. South Eastern Michigan, but our chocolates have been at weddings from Boston to L.A.
  1. Is there a minimum quantity for a personalized order?
  2. Yes, 50 Boxes for personalized orders,  Not applicable to candy orders via this website.
  1. What is your price range?
  2. $1.95 To $7.75
  1. Do you deliver?
  2. You may pick the order up at your convenience, preferably the week of the wedding, to insure freshness.
  1. Can we sample the chocolates?
  2. Yes, our standard procedure is to set up an appointment and you may sample all of our chocolates and see the different box styles.
  1. Are truffles priced differently than the other chocolates?
  2. No, Champagne Chocolates whole selection is one price for weddings / events.
  1. How many different chocolates are available?
  2. Champagne Chocolates has 25 unique chocolates.
  1. How soon before a wedding do I have to place the order?
  2. Normal time is 3 to 4 weeks, but since we make our own chocolates 1 week is acceptable with an additional charge of $25.00 to expedite the boxes from the supplier.
  1. Do the chocolates need refrigeration?
  2. No, the chocolates should be kept in a cool, dry place 70 degrees or less.
  1. Are the chocolates fresh?
  2. Yes, we make your chocolates approx. 1 week prior to your wedding.
  1. Where are the chocolates made?
  2. The chocolates are made here in our own Chocolate Kitchen at our Mount Clemens location.
  1. Can I order just chocolate?
  2. Yes, the chocolates may be sold by the piece.
  1. Can I order just the boxes?
  2. Yes, personalized boxes may be ordered, please call for pricing.
  1. Can I put my own ribbon on the box?
  2. Yes, you may add a ribbon to the box to match your colors, if you decide to do this, we suggest you pick up your order 1 week early to allow ample time to tie your bows.
  1. When is my payment due?
  2. A 50% deposit based on an estimated number of favors is required when the order is placed. A final count is due 2 weeks before the pick up date, to verify the number of boxes needed to be hot-stamped. Final payment is due when the order is picked up.
